Is Naples Italy’s Most Misunderstood City?

The fact that you can view Mt. Vesuvius from so many places in Naples is something that most people adore. One of the things that make Naples worth visiting is the food. While pizza isn’t the only dish that the Naples area is known for, Neapolitan style pizza is unquestionably the best in Italy. Naples is unadulterated, uninhibited, and completely genuine. This manifests itself in beautiful ways, such as bright alleyways, unexpected street sceneries, and delectable food around every corner. However, some areas of Naples are rugged and possibly filthy. Naples is as authentic as they come. Another feature that makes Naples worth visiting is day trips. Mt. Vesuvius, whose carnage may be seen most plainly among the ruins of Pompeii is the most visible of these. Naples is also the starting point for excursions to the Amalfi Coast and the islands of Capri and Ischia. The majority of people who have never visited Naples assume it is governed by the mafia. The truth is that you probably don’t expect to enjoy it, but there’s a strong possibility you’ll fall in love with Naples.
